Professional Background

As well as having founded and sold three very successful International businesses, I have been a Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Family Real Estate hands-on investor and owner for 35+ years. This has given me expertise to help you in Buying & Selling Real Estate, Renting, Leasing, Return-on-Investment, Land Development as well as buying and selling Businesses. As a landlord and property owner myself, I understand what it takes to be successful in Real Estate Investment and Ownership. I believe strongly in the Power and Potential of Real Estate and am dedicated to helping you achieve your Real Estate goals.

From a pure Business perspective, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with many successful and experienced business people around the world from many business types and with diverse cultural backgrounds. I have authored and negotiated simple and complicated agreements and contracts along with mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. I’ve worked with a variety of equity firms, banks and private lenders. I’ve researched, produced reports, written plans and performed presentations to small and to very large companies from the shop floor to large boardrooms and been elected and acted as Head of the Board and as Director for consumer and business groups both private and public.

Community Involvement

I served on the Board of Directors for the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia (CDSBC) as a Public Member for six years and am the former Past President of the Vernon Fish and Game Club for which I served 5 years. I enjoy my volunteer work in the Community and make a point to provide leadership and energy to whatever I dedicate myself to.

Personal Interests

My hobbies are mostly outdoor and sporting pursuits that include Boating, Cycling, Fishing, Music, Golf & Travel. I’ve had the opportunity to explore a lot of the world and have lived in Australia & Hong Kong and look forward to the next adventure wherever that may take me!
